I love your Venice photos. It is my favorite city. I have been there 6 times. You have captured it very well.
I enjoy scenes like the one you have posted today, with ordinary goods being delivered and sold by boat. Hopefully Venice will remain a living, working city with scenes of ordinary life (well, not so ordinary) for native Venetians, rather than being overrun with tourists.
It's really cool! In Brazil we have truck market and in Venice it's a boat!I like a lot to visit markets and this one is really different! Those vegetables look fresh and delicious!I prefer it instead of meat! Léia
BTW I'm afraid of saying but I think Cezar prefers meat instead of carrots! LOL

I have never seen a boat as a greengrocer's. But in Venice it must be a common view... Do they sell other things by boats? and what?...
